How do I submit images to STICKYFAN.COM?
STICKYFAN.COM accepts .jpg files for all products. Transfer your digital photos from your camera to your computer. Upload your digital photo directly to the STICKYFAN.COM website when prompted. Best results are achieved when using photos of 3 megapixels or more.

Does STICKYFAN.COM offer custom photo editing or enhancement of photos?
Our on-line system provides a cropping capability for our web customers to edit their own photos during the order process. In addition, our system automatically scales your image to produce as clear an enlargement as possible when creating StickyFANs and PosterizeITs (see the question below for limitations). STICKYFAN.COM does not offer services to generate or edit custom artwork for you. We think you will have fun doing it yourself (and save money)!

What are the minimum resolution requirements for digital photos submitted to STICKYFAN.COM?

Will the colors appear on my computer screen exactly as they will be printed on my custom graphics?
STICKYFAN.COM uses the same colors that NIKE uses for sports team uniforms. While the color on your screen will appear very close to the final printed product it may not be exactly the same in all cases. Computer screen resolution varies from machine to machine so what you see may not be the exact color that is printed. In addition, computer screen and printer resolutions are different. STICKYFAN.COM closely manages color quality. Our quality controls are designed to ensure that all twenty-four colors we offer are reproduced consistent with the CMYK specifications with each and every order.

What payment options are available?
STICKYFAN.COM accepts Visa and MasterCard. All credit card purchases are secured by World Pay's secure transaction system.

Can I order multiple items with the same image or graphic? Yes. Simply enter the quantity desired for each product when prompted during the ordering process. Certain STICKYFAN.COM products require a minimum order quantity of 2. In this case the order quantity will reflect 2 to begin with and can be increased as desired. Multiple order quantities apply to single products. Different custom versions of the same product (e.g. four 10" StickyFANs using two different photos would result in a quantity pricing of 2).

Do you allow changes to an order?
STICKYFAN.COM begins processing your order immediately upon receiving your web-based order. Given our quick turn-around time we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

Can I return an order?
Since every STICKYFAN.COM product is a custom order all orders must be final. However, STICKYFAN.COM stands behind the quality of all products. In the rare case that there is a quality concern please send an e-mail describing the issue to: returns@STICKYFAN.COM. The STICKYFAN.COM team will address your concern immediately.

Can I cancel my order?
STICKYFAN.COM begins processing your order immediately upon receiving your web-based order. Given our quick turn-around time we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

What currencies do you accept?
All order must be in U.S. dollars.

What countries do you ship to and from?
STICKYFAN.COM ships ONLY to U.S. States at this time. All orders are produced in the U.S. and shipped from our production facilities in the U.S.

What method of shipment is used by STICKYFAN.COM?
All orders are shipped either FedEx Ground or US Mail. Allow for a maximum of 5 to 6 business days for arrival. However, most orders will arrive in 3 to 5 days.

Is your website secure?
